What are the steps in the general assembly sequence of plastic molds?

Plastic mold is an abbreviation for combination mold of compression molding, extrusion molding, injection molding, blow molding and low foam molding. 1. Determine the assembly datum.

2. Parts are inspected before assembly, and qualified parts must be magnetically treated and cleaned.

3. Adjust the cumulative error after the assembly of each component to ensure that the parting surface is in close contact and prevent flashing.

4. Try to keep the datum plane of the original processing size during assembly, so as to check when adjusting the final assembly and closing the mold.

5. Assemble the guide mechanism, and ensure that the mold opening and closing movements are flexible, without loosening and stagnation.

6. Assemble and adjust the push-out mechanism, and adjust the reset and push-out positions.

7. Assemble and adjust the core and inserts to ensure that the clearance of the mating surface meets the requirements.

8. Assemble the cooling or heating system to ensure the smooth flow of the pipeline, no water leakage, no leakage of electricity, and flexible valve movements.

9. Assemble the hydraulic or pneumatic system to ensure normal operation.

10. Tighten all the connecting screws and assemble the positioning pins.

11. Test the mold, and mark the mold number, mold closing mark, assembly base surface, etc. after passing the test.

12. Finally, check all kinds of accessories, attachments, rings and other parts to ensure that the mold is fully equipped.
