SLA/SLS/SLM/FDM 3D Printing

SLA technology is based on the polymerization principle of liquid photocurable resin, while exposed to certain wave length and strength ultraviolet ray, this liquid material will rapidly make polymerization reaction, at that time, the number of molecule will drastically increase, via these complicate procedures, liquid material is turned into solid material.SLA technology relys on the computer and material technology. Moreover, instead of the traditional way of mechanical work, laser moulding technology, according to the component geometry information which generates from CAD, dominates three-dimensional numeric control molding system. Vacuum Casting Plastic Rapid Prototyping

1.Making The 3D Printed Master Model Vacuum casting requires the use of a master model, from which copies are then made. We created the master by taking the client’s CAD data and 3D printing it using stereolithography (SLA). 2.Making The Vacuum Casting Mold The vacuum casting mold is built around the master model. We will use it to make replicas of the original. Molds are made one-half at a time, each half cured in an oven at 70° C for 15 hours.
