What are the stages of injection mold acceptance?

After the manufacturing is completed, the injection mold will be accepted by the customer. Acceptance can be divided into four stages. Only when no serious problems are found during the acceptance process can it be confirmed that the mold can be handed over.






The single commissioning and connection commissioning acceptance is mainly to check whether the assembled mold can be installed on the processing equipment smoothly, whether the mold can stably manufacture parts that meet the standards, and carefully check whether there are obvious defects in product quality. In addition, it also eliminates the unfavorable factors of safety and operation in production, so that the mold can run stably and achieve the purpose of mass production. It is also possible to modify the places that do not meet the size requirements according to the situation after the mold trial.
