1. The most common and simplest push rod push mechanism has the advantages of small resistance, flexible movement, and convenient replacement. But it is not suitable for drafting small parts with sloped tops. Due to the small pushing area of the push rod and the large stress, it is easy to cause deformation of these parts. 2. The push tube ejection mechanism used to push out cylindrical and ring-shaped parts has uniform thrust, the parts are not easily deformed, and there will be no unnecessary marks on the surface of the parts.
3. It is suitable for pushing out mechanism of thin-walled containers and shell parts, with simple structure and easy processing.
