1. Structural analysis of plastic parts

2. Structural analysis of injection mold

The injection mold adopts a hot runner gating system, which can change the melt filling (the wall of the plastic part is thin, and the resistance is relatively large when the melt is filled), and it can also improve the labor productivity of the injection mold. The five slanted columns of the plastic part are formed on both sides of the movable and fixed mould, and five slanted cores are designed respectively. Die movement is transformed into oblique movement, thereby realizing oblique core pulling. For this purpose, a mold opening surface is added to the movable and fixed mold parts of the injection mold, and the mold opening distance is converted into an oblique core-pulling distance. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of oblique core pulling during mold opening and reset, Shanghai Mulan Injection Mold Factory adopts a fixed-distance parting mechanism combining external and internal types, and adds a travel switch on the push rod fixing plate . The plastic parts are pushed out by the push rod, which is simple, safe and reliable. Part locking buckles, plastic injection molds are only installed during processing, transportation and storage, and must be removed during production.

3. Working process of injection mold

The melt enters the mold cavity through the hot runner, and after injection molding is completed, the injection mold is opened under the pull of the injection molding machine. Under the action of the parting mechanism and the spring, the mold is opened from the parting surface 1, and the mold opening distance is 30mm, which is controlled by the limit nail. In this process, oblique core pulling completes oblique core pulling. Due to the function of the external fixed-distance parting mechanism, the mold is opened from the parting surface 2 when the mold is continued to be opened, and the movable and fixed molds are separated. When the mold opening distance of the movable and fixed mold reaches 20mm, the upper hook will be separated from the movable template, and at the same time, the pull hook will hook the movable template, then the parting surface 1 stops opening, and the parting surface 2 starts to open. The opening distance of the parting surface 2 is 20mm, which is controlled by the limit nail. In this process, Shanghai Mulan Injection Mold Factory pulls the moving mold obliquely to complete the oblique core pulling and separates from the plastic part. After the parting surface 2 is opened by 20mm, the hook is separated from the moving template, and the parting surface 2 continues to open. After the mold opening stroke is completed, the injection molding machine pushes the push rod to push the plastic part away.
